The Chief Financial Officer, John Pappalardo and the Director of Buildings and Grounds, Henry Cervantes, have been working with Centrica Business Solutions Services, Inc. (Centrica) for the past year to review our facilities for energy savings.
Centrica is a design/build energy conservation company. Centrica provided to Cambrian a report that identifies current facility assessment and proposed facility improvement measures (FIMs) that will result in an overall project which, if implemented, results in energy and utility savings that exceed the cost of implementation of such measures. At the June 15, 2023, board meeting, Centrica presented a report that was based on an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) at 45% completion. Representatives from Centrica Business Solutions, Inc. will present their 90% IGA. |
