Summary:
|
As required by Proposition 4 (1979), the District must establish a revised Gann - Appropriations Limit for the 2020-2021 fiscal year and a projected Gann Limit for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. In doing this, the Board must declare that the appropriations for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 fiscal years do not exceed the limitations imposed by Proposition 4 (1979).
Staff has provided the Gann Limit Calculation for the Board of Trustees to review, in a format approved by the State of California.
Based on the forms attached detailing the Gann - Appropriations Limit Calculation, staff believes the appropriations do not exceed the limitations imposed by Proposition 4 (1979). |
