Summary:
|
Voters in the Cambrian School District approved Measure H, a parcel tax, in 2018, which generates approximately $822,809 in revenue enhancement funds and will sunset on June 30, 2026.
The Board of Trustees will have the opportunity to discuss moving forward with another parcel tax to ensure the District remains fiscally solvent.
Clifford Moss has provided consulting services in the past and the District wishes to continue this partnership if the Board chooses to explore the potential of a Parcel Tax during Fiscal Year 2024.
Attached is a consulting contract with Clifford Moss to provide strategic assessment, communications, and planning services relating to determining electoral feasibility for and preparing for a November 2024 local school parcel tax measure.
The estimated cost:
• $7,500 per month plus approved business expenses (CliffordMoss)
• $27,500 Research Poll (True North) |
