Ed Code 37220 (e) allows the Governing Board to revise the date that schools close in observance of any holiday except Veteran's Day through the adoption of a resolution. Administration recommends revising the observance of Lincoln's birthday to be Tuesday, February 21, 2023, instead of the state accepted date of Sunday, February 12, 2023. |
