The District has been exploring options for the use or disposition of the property located at 720 Curtner Avenue in San Jose, also known as the Fire House property. On June 2,2022, the Board approved Resolution 21-22-08: Intent to Exchange Interests in Real Property. The District would like to complete a property exchange agreement with Engstrom Properties, Inc. The Exchange Agreement is authorized pursuant to sections 17536 and 17537 of the Education Code. |
