On March 3, 2022, the Board extended the contract for Construction Management Services of potential Measure R projects to RGM Kramer Inc. through June 30, 2022. Cambrian School District wishes to renew the Construction Management Services contract with RGM Kramer Inc. for the continuity of success with our Measure R projects.
Term of Agreement: 7/1/22 to 6/30/25
Estimated Compensation for the three years: Not to exceed $567,450
7/1/22 to 6/30/23: Not to exceed $180,000
7/1/23 to 6/30/24: Not to exceed $189,000
7/1/24 to 6/30/25: Not to exceed $198,450 |
