Summary:
|
Cambrian School District collects developer fees on any new and additional
construction of residential and commercial buildings within the district boundaries.
On February 23, 2022, the State Allocation Board approved an increase of fees that may be collected by school district to $4.79 per square foot for residential, and $0.78 per square foot for commercial development. Currently, Cambrian is charging $2.44 per square foot for residential development, and $0.392 per square foot for commercial development. In order for the District to increase the developer fee charges to match the new rates, the District is required to conduct a Developer Fee Justification study.
The District desires to increase our developer fee rates and conduct a Fee Justification Study with SchoolWorks Inc.
