Summary:
|
As required by the statutes and bylaws of the Measure R Bond Election, the Citizens’ Oversight Committee is to provide an annual written report to the Board of Trustees of the Cambrian School District during a public session. The annual report should include:
(a) A statement indicating whether the District is in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIIA, Section l(b)(3) of the California Constitution; and
(b) A summary of the Committee's proceedings and activities for the preceding year.
Sam Shiraishi, Chair of the Citizens' Oversight Committee will present the letter to the Board.
It should be noted that based on the Committee's review and observations, the Citizens’ Oversight Committee finds that the District is in compliance with the requirements of Article XIIIA, Section 1(b)(3) of the California Constitution and that funds are being used for the purposes specified in the ballot language.
