Summary:

Cambrian School District is partnering with Santa Clara County School Linked Services to help provide students and families with school based coordinated services to improve health and wellbeing of families through a community participatory approach.
Santa Clara County School Linked Services was first initiated in 2011 to better coordinate various social services and health agencies with the school districts so students and their families can more easily find the help they need.
Staff wishes to partner and collaborate with Santa Clara County School Linked Services and will present the Enrollment Specialist and Community Liaison job description. This new position will support Cambrian families by fostering community partnership, coordinate community services, and resources among students and families as soon as they enter the District.
