Summary:

Cambrian School District collects developer fees on any new and additional construction of residential and commercial buildings within the district boundaries. In order for the District to increase the developer fee charges to match the new rates by the State Allocation Board, the District is required to conduct a Developer Fee Justification study.
On May 19, 2022, the Board approved to move forward with a Fee Justification Study with SchoolWorks Inc. to increase our developer fee rates. Chief Financial Officer, Dr. John Pappalardo will present the results of the 2022 Developer Fee Justification Study.
