Summary:

Last Spring, the Governing Board of Trustees proposed to conduct a Demographics and Enrollment Projection study in the fall after school started. A Demographics and Enrollment Projections study helps ensure the District’s school facilities are able to accommodate and support its current and future enrollment.
The Demographic and Enrollment Projection study will utilize existing enrollment, cohort survival factors, birth rates, and residential development for the student projections. Districtwide, and school enrollment projections for six-years: 2023-2024 through 2028-2029.
Cambrian wishes to enter into a contract agreement with SchoolWorks Inc. in the amount of $8,500 to conduct a Demographics and Enrollment Projections study.
