Summary:

On May 5, 2022, Cambrian entered into an agreement with EnviroScience, Inc. to ensure Bagby, Fammatre, Farnham, Price, and Sartorette, are free and clear of all hazardous materials for the HVAC unit installations. Due to unforeseen hazardous materials found, additional monitoring was required.
Attached are the amended individual service agreements with EnviroScience, Inc., for the unpredicted increase of monitoring required to ensure the five school sites were free of all hazardous materials.
The estimated increase in cost per site:
Bagby: $58,980
Fammatre: $995
Farnham: $6,100
Price: $21,155
Sartorette: $10,830
