Summary:

Assembly Bill (AB) 1200 requires local education agencies to publicly disclose the provisions of all collective bargaining agreements before entering into a written agreement.
Cambrian District Teachers' Association and the Cambrian School District have come to an agreement regarding compensation and health and benefit cap increases. The attached Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement outlines the agreement and timelines.
