In accordance with the District's change order approval process, the following change order is in connection with the replacement of the HVAC equipment in common areas (e.g., offices, libraries, multi-use buildings, etc.) located at Bagby, Farnham, and Sartorette.
The total change orders for larger modernization projects typically range from 6% - 8%. The attached change order totals $26,652.00 which represents a -3.10% change of the total contracts listed of $859,949.00
