Summary:

Cambrian School District has worked with RGM Kramer Inc. for Construction Management Services for all Phases and Projects of Measure R for many years. In 2023, RGM Kramer Inc. merged into Cumming Management Group Inc. The District wishes to continue with Cumming Management Group Inc. for the remainder of Measure R projects.
Term Agreement: 1/1/25 to 12/31/26
Estimated Compensation for the two years: Not to exceed $384,000
1/1/25 to 12/31/25: Not to exceed $240,000
1/1/26 to 12/31/26: Not to exceed $144,000
