One of the Governing Board's roles is to ensure that District Board policies are reviewed, added, removed, and kept up to date to keep the District legally compliant. Upon recent review of Bylaw 9323, it was noticed that two procedure items were very similar in wording. The Bylaw has been revised to remove the similar wording.
