Summary:

The attached Addendum to the Superintendent’s Employment Contract includes a one time, off schedule bonus of $1,000 and a compensation adjustment to the health benefits cap, as currently available to other District employees and office administrators.
-The one time, off schedule bonus is in recognition the Superintendent's support to the Cambrian community during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
-The compensation adjustment to the health benefits will be retroactive to January 1, 2021.
