On October 12, 2021, the County Superintendent validated a request from SummerHill Homes LLC, to transfer three parcels from Cambrian School District & Campbell Union High School District to Los Gatos Union School District & Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District in the area known as North 40.
Cambrian School District would like to formally oppose the transfer of the three parcels to the Los Gatos Union School District and the Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School District as it is not in the best interest of the Cambrian School District.
