Summary:
|
The HVAC and roof replacement project at the Cambrian Community Center will consist of replacing the existing weathered flat-top roof and aged roof-top HVAC equipment, as well as possible structural work if required to support the new HVAC upgrades. Attached is the proposed contract with Finney Architects to provide architectural and engineering services for the design and preparation of drawings and specifications for Roofing upgrades and HVAC upgrades at the Cambrian Community Center locations at the Price Middle School Campus.
