The Cambrian School District and the California School Employees Association, Chapter 641, enter into a Memorandum of Understanding regarding Article XXII 22.1.4, Layoffs, and Article XV, Transfers and Filing of Vacancies.
Instead of going through the layoff process to eliminate one (1) Paraeducator position, the Cambrian School District and the California School Employees Association, Chapter 641, agree to transfer the one (1) Paraeducator position to a vacant Special Education Paraeducator position.
