Summary:
|
The President of Board will summarize the proposed amendment to the Superintendent's employment agreement. The terms of the attached amendment include:
• An extension to the contract term by one (1) year and now ends on June 30, 2028
• An adjustment in base compensation to reflect the 2% increase provided to all employees, effective July 1, 2024
• An increase to the District’s contribution for up to the amount of $14,600 Single; $16,875 Two Party; $21,775 Family of benefits granted to other certificated management, to be effective July 1, 2024 |
