Summary:

The Board President will summarize the proposed amendment to the Superintendent's employment contract.
The terms of the attached amendment include:
• An extension to the contract term by one (1) year and now ends on June 30, 2027
• An adjustment in base compensation to reflect the 8% increase provided to all employees, effective July 1, 2023
• The addition of steps to the Superintendent's position in alignment with other Cambrian Employee groups
