Summary:

On January 20, 2022, the Board approved a two-year contract with Chief Financial Officer, Dr. John Pappalardo. The attached Amendment has been updated to reflect:
• An extension to the contract term by one (1) year and now ends on June 30, 2025
• An adjustment in base compensation to reflect the 8% increase provided to all employees, effective July 1, 2023
• An adjustment in longevity compensation to reflect his years of service, effective July 1, 2023
