Summary:
|
Education Code § 35120 (5), states that each member of the governing board of a school district, who attends all meetings held, may receive as compensation for the member’s services, a sum not to exceed two hundred forty dollars ($240) in any month.
Currently, the Cambrian Governing Board of Trustees volunteer and dedicate their time with zero compensation. The Governing Board of Trustees wish to review the current practice and discuss the potential to receive monthly compensation.
