In August 2021, the Board approved the contract with RGM Kramer Inc. for Construction Management Services for all Phases and Projects of Measure R. The original Construction Management Fees were based on an estimated cost of construction for each site at that time. The attached amendments reflect an adjustment of Construction Management Fees based on the current project cost of construction.
